I am pretty active and into powerlift . I suffer from muscle knots very frequently on my traps and rhomboids, sometimes bad enough to cause headaches and issues with eye sight. This unit actually took some of the pain away and I was able to raise my arm a few more inches. I have only used this one time. It does leave donut-looking marks, but is worth it if I am able to raise my arm again
I absolutely loved this product. I was skeptical if it would be powerful enough to work on me given that im a larger build guy. It is excellent.
